How to Leave a Review on ClearSay

A ClearSay review allows you to share a genuine customer experience and help other people make a more informed decision.

Step 1: Sign in or create an account

Visit ClearSay.co.za and sign in. If you are new to the platform, follow the guide on creating a ClearSay account.

Step 2: Find the business

Search for the correct company and check the name, address, category and website. See how to find a business on ClearSay if needed.

Step 3: Open the review form

Select Write a Review or the equivalent review option on the business profile.

Step 4: Choose your rating

Select the 0–5 star rating that honestly represents your overall experience.

Step 5: Add a clear review title

Use a short title that summarises the experience, such as “Professional service from start to finish” or “Delivery arrived later than expected”.

Step 6: Describe what happened

Explain the service or product received, what went well, what could have been improved and any useful context for future customers.

• Write from your own direct experience.
• Be accurate and relevant.
• Use respectful language.
• Do not make threats or publish private information.
• Do not advertise another company.
• Do not submit the same review repeatedly.

Step 7: Add supporting images where relevant

Upload only images you own and that directly support the experience. Remove visible personal or confidential information before uploading.

Step 8: Check and submit the review

Review the rating, title, text and images before selecting Submit Review. The content may be checked against ClearSay’s review guidelines.

After submitting

Your review may appear immediately or may be held briefly for automated or manual checks. Keep your account email accessible in case clarification is required.
