How to Create a ClearSay Account

Creating a ClearSay account allows you to leave reviews, manage your activity and access the platform’s customer features.

Step 1: Open ClearSay

Go to ClearSay.co.za using your phone, tablet or computer.

Step 2: Select the registration option

Choose Sign Up, Create Account, Free User Login or the equivalent registration option shown on the website.

Step 3: Enter your details

Enter your name and an active email address. Check the spelling carefully because the address may be used for verification and password recovery.

Step 4: Create a secure password

Choose a unique password that you do not use on another website. Enter it again in the confirmation field when requested.

• Use a mixture of words, numbers and symbols.
• Avoid names, birthdays and easy number sequences.
• Do not share the password with another person.
• Store it securely in a trusted password manager where possible.

Step 5: Review your preferences

Choose whether you want to receive optional ClearSay updates or newsletters. Marketing preferences should be separate from the account terms.

Step 6: Accept the terms and guidelines

Read the Terms of Use, privacy information and review guidelines before accepting them. Your reviews must be based on genuine personal experiences.

Step 7: Register and verify your account

Select Register or Create Account. If ClearSay sends a verification email, open the latest message and follow the instructions.

Step 8: Sign in

Return to the login page and enter the email address and password used during registration. Use the same Google, Facebook or Apple option if you registered through a connected provider.

• Leave a review about a genuine experience.
• Manage reviews and account information.
• Flag content that may breach ClearSay guidelines.

The verification email did not arrive

1. Check the spelling of the email address.
2. Wait a few minutes.
3. Check spam and junk folders.
4. Search the inbox for ClearSay.
5. Request one new verification email rather than submitting repeatedly.
